Marble Survivors is an arena action game. You don't make an account, and we never ask for your name, email address or location. This page explains what the game keeps, what our partners see when you watch an ad or buy something, and how to reach us.

What the game keeps on your device

Your stage progress and stars, coins, the racers, arenas and upgrades you own, your daily streak, your settings (sound, music and vibration), which tips you have seen and whether you bought Remove Ads are saved on your phone, in the game's own storage. The game also keeps a short performance log on the phone (frame rates only, nothing about you) to help us find slowdowns; it is never sent anywhere. Android's backup can copy your save to your Google account, so a new phone gets it back; you can turn that off in your phone's backup settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it from the phone.

Ads

The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Most are ads you choose to watch for a reward, such as getting back into a run, doubling the coins you earned, rerolling your upgrade choices or a daily coin gift. Now and then a short ad plays between runs (not for players who bought Remove Ads). To choose and count ads, AdMob collects information about your device, including its advertising ID, its IP address and how you interact with ads. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Purchases

Remove Ads is bought through Google Play. We never see your payment details. RevenueCat checks the receipt and remembers what you own, using an anonymous ID created by the app, so a purchase comes back on a new phone. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Delete your Marble Survivors data

Marble Survivors by Daily Marble has no accounts, so most of your data never leaves your phone. To delete it:

  1. Game progress on your phone (stages, coins, racers, upgrades, settings): open your phone's Settings, then Apps, then Marble Survivors, then Storage, and tap Clear data. Uninstalling the app also deletes it. To stop a copy coming back from your Google backup, turn off backup for Marble Survivors in your phone's backup settings.
  2. Ad data: in your phone's Settings, go to Google, then Ads, and tap Delete advertising ID (or Reset). This cuts the link between you and what AdMob collected.
  3. Purchase records (Remove Ads): email rsoc.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Marble Survivors data" and your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA., and is in the receipt email from Google). We delete your anonymous RevenueCat customer record within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is kept: Google keeps its own record of your Google Play orders, as required for tax and accounting, under Google's privacy policy. Once your RevenueCat record is deleted, Restore purchases can no longer bring Remove Ads back on a new phone. Nothing else about you is kept by us.

Children

Marble Survivors is made for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
